My mission

My mission grew out of my story.

It's linked to the times one of my animal companions died. I felt lost, alone and misunderstood while experiencing the tumultuous journey through grief.

There was the time my cat was run-over, and two weeks later, my boyfriend told me to stop crying, saying it was enough already.

And the time I had to euthanise my mare. I was living alone and had no support.

And another time, I finally made the decision to say goodbye to my Jack Russell when a friend dished up the tired old platitude: You knew this was coming, she was old, and this too shall pass.

I don’t feel anyone should have to cope with losing their animal friend without support, kindness and empathy.

It made me mad that animals were easily dismissed, and our relationships with them trivialised. Thankfully awareness has grown around this with social media.

I’ve created a collection of heartfelt ways to help you cope and to support you through your journey of loss and grief.

I wish I’d had these tips and tools available on my journeys through pet loss.

My mission is to help, support and coach my clients to deal with anticipatory grief, finding peace in making the decision animal lovers all dread the most. And continuing to support them after their beloved animal friend has crossed the Rainbow Bridge by encouraging them to continue their connection even though one of them is in spirit.

I’m a creative pet loss coach who guides animal lovers on their pet loss journey, helping them process their grief naturally

I work intuitively and use Reiki and Animal Communication and creativity to ease this passage for people who love their animals as much as I do mine.
